Yes. It is crucial to a quality long lasting result to ensure adequate surface preparation is carried out before painting a surface.
The length of each painting project varies. Most residential projects can be completed with a few weeks when weather permits. Commercial and industrial projects can take a bit longer depending on the scale of the project and the availability of access to undertake the painting. We make sure to keep our clients informed of the timelines in all projects.
Generally an exterior painting surface will need to be redone every 5-10 years. It is advised to adhere to these guidelines to ensure minimal damage is incurred to your exterior which will cost you more in repairs and surface preparation.
